A $20.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable.

ADD ONS PER APPOINTMENT (charged at the time of service):

• Rhinestones +$5.00
• Wispy +$10.00 
• Color +$15.00 
• Glitter lashes +$20.00

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Fills are recommended after 2 weeks, after 1 fill I recommend a new set. 50% of lashes must still be remaining for a fill or you will have to pay for a full set. (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

Foreign fills (someone elses) work will be an additional $30.00.

Prior to your service, please make sure that your natural lashes are clean and free of any glue/oils/makeup before coming to your appointment. If not done properly there will be a $10.00 cleaning fee for the maintenance and extra time needed. 

For comfort please do not wear your hair in a low bun/ponytail as you have to lay flat on your back for the duration of the service.

I ask that you arrive on time but you do have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of being late, there will be a $10.00 late fee. If not here in 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

No call, no show = You will not be able to book with me again. YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED YOUR REMAINING BALANCE!

Please give at least a 24-hour notice through text if you need to cancel.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF THE SERVICE! (The card on file used to make your deposit will be charged.)

I will send a reminder email/text 24 hours before your appointment.

After your service is complete there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Please be mindful of the time, effort and materials used during your appointment.

TO REQUEST A SQUEEZE IN OR ANY APPOINTMENT OUTSIDE OF OPERATING HOURS PLEASE TEXT 262-420-9567. THERE WILL BE A $30.00 FEE ADDED, IF THE APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash is my preferred method of payment, but I also accept apple pay, cash app and now tap to pay for a $3.00 convenience fee.
